Requirements for Opening a Cash Account:

  1. Certified Copy of Bookshop License (Current): Please provide a certified license copy to verify your legitimacy.
  2. Certified Copies of Directors' ID Documents: Please send certified copies of directors' IDs for extra verification.
  3. Current Physical Address of Shop: To help us process your orders and communicate with you, please provide your shop's current physical address.
  4. Current Contact Details of Shop: Provide comprehensive contact details, including email addresses, telephone numbers, and cellphone numbers of those responsible for placing orders.
  5. Director's Contact Details: To ensure smooth communication and coordination, include the contact details of your organisation's director(s). 

Placing Orders:

  1. Submit Your Order: Submit the order form and include the order number, date, and company stamp.
  2. Quotation Processing: We'll process your order and send a detailed quote to your email.
  3. Payment Process: After receiving the quotation, you have two options. Pay the amount on the quote into our bank account or contact our Customer Services Department to modify your order.
  4. Proof of Payment: Send us proof of payment to customerservices@macmillaneducation.co.sz or hand-deliver it to our reception.
  5. Order Processing: We'll process your order promptly and your materials will be available for collection within 12 working hours.
